About the FAO Schwarz Fellowship

The FAO Schwarz Fellowship offers a paid two-year position with benefits at leading nonprofit host organizations in Boston, New York City and Philadelphia for recent college graduates with leadership potential who are interested in careers in social change. The Fellowship includes training with a focus on professional development and leadership skills with regular retreats, mentoring and special community experiences.

Successful candidates have proven academic excellence, demonstrated leadership in their college communities and are eager to immerse themselves in a two-year experience that will challenge them, train them and empower them with the skills and network they need to take a first step towards leadership in world of social impact.

Location of award, if applicable: Boston, New York City, Philadelphia

Eligible applicants:

-College senior
-Eligible to work in the United States for the duration of the Fellowship ( 2 years)
-Strong GPA
-Demonstrated leadership
