About the LAGRANT Foundation Scholarship

The LAGRANT Foundation (TLF) awards scholarships to ethnic minority undergraduate and graduate students studying in the fields of advertising, marketing, and public relations. Scholars receive a scholarship of $2,500-$3,750 depending on degree status, and attend a two day-long career development event that includes a keynote speaker, workshops, a welcome dinner, and a scholarship & donor recognition reception. During these activities, students will have the opportunity to meet industry professionals, network and gain exposure to the advertising, marketing and public relations world.

Location of award, if applicable:

Eligible applicants:

– must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or DACA recipient
– must be a member of one of the following ethnic groups: African American/Black, Asian American/Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latino or Native American/Alaska Native

Other eligibility requirements vary depending on degree status (undergraduate or graduate student). See program website for details.

– transcript(s)
– headshot
– 1-2 page essay
